These are ‘tailor-made’ projects co-constructed with our client, based on what they require specific to their context, and can be delivered both in the classroom and virtually, using our Smart Virtual Training methodology.
How do our ad hoc training projects come about?
Our trainers plan and implement a course as if it were a question of tailoring a suit – one which fits perfectly to the characteristics of the client and of the participants. In this way, the content – exercises, games and role plays - becomes ‘made to measure’ and works to interactively involve all participants. This maximises the learning and the transfer of new skills to their organisational contexts.
What the development of our training projects means in detail:
Our ad hoc training is structured along a well-established process:
- A careful analysis of the organisational context, the training needs and the particularities of the participants
- Co-planning the selection of content, methodology and context-specific exercises
- The actual training, carried out using the ASAP Italia DLA method: starting with an initial phase of becoming aware of one’s usual habits and then breaking these patterns, we then move on to a phase of conceptualisation. Next, we put what has just been learnt into practice through highly-interactive exercises, games and role plays so that it new mental patterns are constructed and consolidated.
